Re-Announced Training Coordinator (Kabul)
Short summary of the job: Training Coordinators should have a Baccalaureate degree – (Bachelors in Business Administration is preferable) plus at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in a relevant role administering donor funded training programs. Proven experience engaging with private sector businesses and with jobseekers (skilled and unskilled) is preferred.
Will be responsible for providing both program and administrative support.
Training Coordinators will ensure that all training activities are coordinated with client staff prior to commencement.
To ensure beneficiaries are screened using clients approved screening tools for each training activity, and all are registered by client.
Coordinators will also ensure program is completed on time as required.
Ensure all paperwork for trainees related to enrollment, stipend recipients, apprenticeships, is submitted on time and in good order to client.
