Short summary of the job: AfghaNet has recently launched its household services by the name of AfghaNet Household Services (AHS). We are looking for a competent Sales Intern to identify opportunities by targeting the households, visiting them and explaining our services and packages to them. We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
To ensure success as a Sales Intern, you should have excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills. A Sales Intern should be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. Our Sales Intern should exhibit professionalism and know the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients.
Schedule visits with residential blocks and households, and explain our household services and packages to them.
Follow up through calls with leads and current customers. Communicate with leads and customers via email.
Answer all lead and customer questions accurately. Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
Work closely with the Sales team or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
Promote internet services as directed by upper management.
Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts.
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
Review sales performance against sales targets.
Source and work customer referrals.
Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
Attend meetings and visit leads for answer any queries they might have.
Attend and participate in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
Notify client about their internet connection and trial period via email/phone call.
Notify client about their internet disconnection vial email/phone call.
Speak with dissatisfied customers, or entertain high profile clients.
Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.
